In Jujutsu Infinite, the Demonic Tobi is a rare item to obtain.

How to Obtain the Demonic Tobi:

The Demonic Tobi is a Special Grade drop, which can be obtained by defeating the Heian Imaginary Demon boss in the "Bosses" area.
The Heian Imaginary Demon is a level 555 boss, and you must be at least level 420 to access this boss fight.
The Demonic Tobi can also be crafted at the Crafting area using 200 Demon Blobs. Demon Blobs are also obtained from the Heian Imaginary Demon boss.

Demonic Tobi Stats:

Health: +60%
Strength: +25.8
Technique: +25.8
Effect: Unlocks the Boss Hunter (+35% damage against bosses) and Kokusen (+20% Black Flash damage) passives.

The Heian Imaginary Demon also drops the Demonic Robe and Demon Face. The Demonic Robe has the same stats as the Demonic Tobi, while the Demon Face has +25.8 to Strength and Technique and unlocks the Focused passive
